Preparing for RBC

As I prepare for my second PFC international trip of 2012 I eagerly anticipate partnering with Don Szolomayer for the first time. I am certain this will be a blessed time of fellowship and I am sure to learn a lot from him. This will be my fifth trip with PFC and Don’s eighth. Don is familiar with Rwanda, Burundi and DR Congo as he has served there previously. He is the official leader of this trip and he has already done a fabulous job of preparation. As the date of departure fast approaches I have many, many things to do before I leave and I am sure that, as always, many of them won’t get done but they will still be here when I return. The beauty of serving the Lord overseas is that we can always be confident that He is caring for our affairs back home, just as He does when we’re home.

I will update this blog as often as possible while we are away in Africa. It may be very infrequent or not at all, depending upon the area where we are serving. However, I will update if possible.
